Delivery

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles only. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and postage charges are calculated by size and weight, in accordance with the new regulations issued by Royal Mail, effective from 21st August 2006.

We have tried to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum, as we try to recycle newspapers, cardboard and the packaging we receive from our suppliers as much as we can - we kindly ask you to do the same. For all orders over £100, delivery is free.

We make every effort to despatch goods that are in stock within 2 working days of confirming your order. Due to the nature of our products, some goods may be despatched within 5 - 10 working days. We make the vast majority of our body products fresh on the day we receive your order and many jewellery items & other unique pieces are also made to order and therefore may take longer to despatch. If, like us, you are reassured that quality, handcrafted items take a little longer, we appreciate your patience and we will always let you know if there is a small delay. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date of despatch.

Please note that your order is delivered to the address you supply to us, but you can also arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address including your office, family or friends if you're not at home during delivery hours. Please let us know when sending your order.

If your order is a gift for someone and it's to be delivered to their address, please tell us and we will remove any paperwork outlining the product prices and add a touch of wrapping on your behalf.
