Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, select the items you wish to buy and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and confirm your details to satisfy the order.
Conditions of Sale
No contract will exist between you and Top To Toe Holistics Ltd until Top To Toe Holistics Ltd accepts your order by email, confirming we have received your order. An advisory email is sent by PayPal to confirm that your credit card details have been accepted - please note that this is not an acceptance or confirmation of your order.
Description, Specification and Price
The product descriptions and specifications in our website are only approximate. However, we endeavour to ensure that any variation in product specification does not adversely affect the efficacy or performance of the product. The product descriptions on the site are accurate and up to date, as far as we are aware. We continually work to improve our products and specifications may change from time to time and they may not be reflected on our site, but we do our utmost to inform you of any changes in product specifications. We reserve the right to make changes which do not affect the quality, efficacy or performance of these products. Images of products are included on our site to help you with your selection, however all product images shown are for illustration purposes only. All measurements and weights are approximate.
Price and availability of products are subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale or to correct any error on the website without notice and without incurring any liability. The prices given in our product lists, sales literature and website are for information purposes only and do not represent an offer. No contract will come into existence until the customer's order is accepted by Top To Toe Holistics Ltd.
Invoices will be raised for prices current at the time of order. The price of the products will be the price quoted in the website at the time we accept your order.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place based on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of your order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to confirm your amended order.
Payment of the price of your order must be received by Top To Toe Holistics Ltd and cleared before despatch. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns Policy
The products should be returned in the same, unopened condition they were despatched in and the delivery costs of returning any product will be payable by you. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service. Provided you keep your receipt and it is within 7 days, you may exchange these goods or get a credit/debit card refund. We will credit your credit card promptly. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the unopened outer package containing the products with the original documentation sent with each parcel to us. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the outer packaging, product containers or used the products. Your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected. All jewellery items are NON-RETURNABLE - please check the description and measurements carefully (supplied in the '?' information box) before ordering.
Returning Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, we shall give a full refund or replacement. Please contact us for Returns details and within 3 days of the receipt of your goods. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. We will reimburse the cost of postage and packaging. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by these conditions. The "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" apply.
Product Suitability
Suggested uses of Top To Toe Holistics products outlined on our website are guidelines only. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and consumer to ensure that the products are appropriately used. Regulations issued by the Medicine Advertising Regulations Act; the Medicines Act 1965 and the Medicines Control Agency severely inhibits the description and application of many of our products. Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Top To Toe Holistics until they have been paid for in full.
Back Orders
In the case of orders for items not in stock, large quantities, special requests or unavoidable delays in delivery, we endeavour to ensure despatch within 10 - 14 days. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you, the buyer, on delivery. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximations only. We do not accept responsibility for any loss resulting from delivery delays.
Every effort is made to ensure all products listed in our promotional material are in stock, but please note that some products may be subject to seasonal shortages. We do not accept any responsibility for loss resulting from any out of stock items.
Private Policy
Top To Toe Holistics do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. The information you supply to us is for our use only and treated as confidential.
Exclusions
To the extent that we are lawfully able to do so, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind; including but not limited to; warranties of title; fitness for a particular purpose; merchantability and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. We make no warranty that the website and our services or any information will meet your requirements, that your access to and use of the services will be error free and that any errors or inaccuracies will be corrected. Further if your use of the web site results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data this will not be at our risk and expense.

(c) defect in the goods arising from incorrect storage by the customer. Our products should be kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If our products are cared for correctly, their efficacy is active for long periods.
You agree that; your use of the website and our services is at your sole risk; The website and services are provided on and as available basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through or from the website or from our services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions. You agree to indemnify Top To Toe Holistics and its directors and hold us harmless from and against any claims; actions or demands, including any legal fees incur in connection therewith, resulting from your misuse of our website or your breach of these terms and conditions. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, action or demand and will assist you as may be reasonably necessary providing you meet our costs and expenses, including our legal fees. In no event will we be liable for any loss of profits, goodwill, loss of business, loss of data or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Top To Toe Holistics, its directors or employees.
Other Exclusions
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under our agreement, that decision will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.
As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable.
